Anyone have a lease to own agreement that they don’t mind sharing via PM or otherwise? I’m trying to get a sense of the language most commonly used. Acquaintances were kind enough to share what they used. However, their lease document as a whole is very non-specific compared to any lease I’ve been a party to. So I’m thinking that the purchase option clause may be atypical. Thanks!
