Leena - thanks for your shining example!

[sorry - this post was eaten, and I didn’t realize, because I have Charter cable…]

I haven’t been riding in the last several weeks even when the weather permitted because my joints are still stiff and achy from the Lyme Disease. Yesterday the heat and humidity were a little less, and I just wanted to see where I was and where Ted was.

All my trainer was asking of me was to try and have Ted “drop” off my seat, to be mobile and forward. But it was so hard - I felt so unable to get Ted moving, to not hold my aids. But then I thought of Elene - and how, even when she did not have strength, she could be so light and mobile with her greenies. And I was able to get Ted forward, and engaged, and on the bit.

So, thank you Elene, for your inspiration!!
