My mare keeps scraping her inner right back leg. Superficial scrapes, as pictures. We haven’t seen her do it but think she’s doing it at night in her stall. There’s nothing in her stall that could hurt her and when she lays down she’s in the middle and not getting stuck in the corner or anything. I’m guessing she might be doing it with her opposite hoof?
Any ideas on how she could be doing this? Or how to prevent it?
