I am searching for a saddle to fit my boy and myself. Had never heard of Lemke Saddles. Found the website while searching. They look beautiful. Am planning on trying one soon. I spoke with her and she seems very knowledgeable. Looking forward to trying one. Does anyone have any input into the brand?
I had a Lemke saddle years ago (the Buffalo Deluxe) and was impressed with the craftsmanship and fit. It was very, very comfortable. Unfortunately, I had to sell it when it did not fit my new horse. Sheryl Lemke is a great fitter and I would not hesitate to buy another one of her saddles. The saddles are a very good value for the price.

I just bought one a few months ago! They are very popular at my barn, and rightly so - they are not only beautiful and very, very well made, but really, really comfy. To boot, Sheryl is an EXCELLENT fitter - be prepared to spend a couple hours because she wants it to fit your horse PERFECTLY.

Thank you for the input sparkygrace and Feathered_Feet. I had a feeling when speaking with Sheryl on the phone that she would produce great saddles and want a perfect fit for both horse and ridder.

I have had one for about 5 years for two different horses. Lovely saddles, nicely made. More popular out west than here in the east…
It’s unfortunate! I think it’s mostly due to the fact that Sheryl herself does all the work - she needs to hire some apprentices so we can have more of her around 
(particularly as I’m about to move to the East coast and now will need a new fitter :eek: )
She fit my saddles via photos - and when they arrived I had my fitter check them out and she said they were good to go - amazing!
Lorilu this is also what I am going to do. Sending tracings and pictures today.
