Lester Buckley Returns to Virginia April 25-27, 2014!

I am delighted to announce that Lester Buckley (www.BuckleySporthorses.com) will be at Carter Dressage (www.CarterDressage.com) in Marshall, VA on April 25-27, 2014 to teach his third East Coast Open Horsemanship Clinic. The clinic will consist of semi-private lessons (about 70 minutes) and a limited number of private lessons (about 50 minutes) depending on the demand. I am also planning for Lester to do some riding for us; he’s wonderful to watch.

Lester Buckley possesses exceptional breadth of experience and depth of horsemanship skill. He carries an international trainer’s license in dressage and show jumping from the German FN and breeds and trains warmbloods in Germany and Hawaii.

But what makes Lester different is that he combines this classical European training with mastery of what is commonly called “natural horsemanship,” acquired through extensive early contact with Ray Hunt, years of colt starting and training for the King and Parker ranches, a championship career as a cutting-horse trainer and more.

Lester achieves harmony with his horses regardless of discipline or breed. Not only that, he is an engaging and effective teacher who helps people and their horses work as true partners too. Adults, children, show horses, trail horses, english and western - all are invited.

Clinic auditors are welcome - tell all your friends. Each rider may bring one person along to audit free of charge. Pony clubs, 4-H and other organized kids’ groups with suitable supervision get a reduced rate; please call or email for further information.

Please contact Nancy (PM or email nddillon@copper.net) with questions or to receive entry forms.
