I am thrilled to see this combo of Lider Seven and Laura Graves. I’ve liked what I’ve seen from her in the past, and this will be a pair to watch.

I haven’t followed Lider Seven so closely. He’s not 100% my cup of tea for an Iberian horse, but he is a fine horse! I’ll be following a bit closer now, because I am interested in watching this partnership develop.

I have only seen one video of the horse but was really impressed with it (I am a fan of the less traditional ones, although I am not sure that 17 hands is a great idea for an Iberian). And Laura Graves is a super rider who does not seem to have had a top prospect since Verdades retired. So this sounds really cool! I wish her success.

I am not a big follower of Iberian breeds. This horse is spectacular. I can’t wait to see what Laura accomplishes with him.

That will be something to watch. I teared up watching Laura and Verdades at world cup. Something about how they half-passed like a single being. Of course their story had something to do with it, but it will be interesting to see her competing on an Iberian for sure!

Same, I’m kind of iffy on having him being the exemplar for the breed standard, but he is a fun watch. Will be interesting to see how he comes along with Laura.

No, he was bought by a student of Robert’s, but the competition ride is going to Laura. She will not own the horse, however.

I read his comment - though I dont know RD personally, my impression of him is that he does not hand out big praise freely - either to riders or about horses. So if I’m even half correct, this is a pretty amazing statement! Wish Laura and Lider the best, cant wait to see them in the ring
