Lip tattoo on appendix mare

Can someone help me identify this mares tattoo. She is sorrel blaze face about 3-4 yrs old

There’s not an easy way to look those up like there is for Thoroughbreds. I think you need to contact AQHA.

I do not know anything about looking them but, but darn, that is one of the tidiest lip tattoos I have seen posted here.
