We have our 2nd (Ultra-niki to Carerra VDL) and 3rd black dot (Zarena to Cunningham). So far we’ve bred 4 mares with 3 confirmed in foal.
3 confirmed, 4 awaiting for preg checks (all next week!), 3 awaiting to be bred.
One so far for me, she gets her heartbeat check Monday, TB homebred mare Quoit the Fashion by Waquoit out of Dawn Fashion by Fly Till Dawn, bred to Valentino Z.
2nd mare bred checks checked for twins on June 10th, she is Gleaming Valay by Ameri Valay out of Brilliant Cadet by Brilliant Protege, bred to Diabolo d’Esquelmes
3rd mare short cycled last week, gets checked and will hopefully get semen from Cartier R, she is Exony by Expelled out of Friend’s Gold by Compadre.
4th mare gets checked Monday to see where she is in her cycle, she will also get bred to Cartier R. She is a buckskin TB mare Brightest Gold by Bright White out of Lucky in Gold by Milkie’s Desire

Was this mare bred in Holland or North America with frozen? Just curious if its worth giving my last dose of Harley a try after two unsuccessful attempts.

The mare was bred in Holland, and the whole reason I was willing to try with Harley… it still took a couple of attempts to get her settled.
As of right now we have 3. All from our Darco mare by Nabab de Reve. Lost our Eurocommerce Berlin last week. Rebreeding to E.B. again this week. Just delivered the last 2013 last night. All healthy and happy.

I have a black dot!!! Mine and my mare’s first pregnancy.
Vet came out last Friday for the 14 day check, nothing. So disappointed. She came back Monday to start scanning for the re-breed, and WOO HOO!! Black dot!
My mare ovulated 2 days later than anticipated, so a 15 day pregnancy instead of 17 days. She is coming back the 17th to do the 30 heartbeat check.
Winnie (aka Never Say Never) by Wanroij, is back in foal to Banderas. This will be Winnie’s 10th foal, and a full sibling to Faust NSN and Hera NSN.

I love to think about how this mare standing patiently being scanned was the LAST little black dot I got this excited about. :sadsmile: Can’t wait to see what this little speck will turn out to be.

It took forever for my mares to start cycling normally this year, but we caught two of the three right before my stallion left for training. We ultrasounded them the day after I dropped him off!

We have a black dot! I know it’s early, but it’s my first ever with frozen and I’m beside myself.
