So you download the app and it asks for your cable network… Then it wants a user name and password. Where do you get that information? Cause I entered my name account number and it says it’s invalid. Never have I needed a sign in for my cable provider… HELP!

I think you had to get a user name and password when you first signed up with your cable provider, I only know that because I recently switched providers. You sign in once and from then on it recognizes the computer you are using.
Otherwise, go to the website of your cable provider, it should have a feature to allow you to access your account online, where you could get your ID and password. If you pay your bills through your cable provider, you would also have an ID and password. Hope that helps.
So called my service provider to set up online account… And 24 hrs for nbc to recognize my account… So STILL can’t watch!

I believe it’s the BBC feed but it’s not the BBC site. Just be careful where you click on it and you should be O.K. (No sign up, just “x” out of any request for one.)
