I am having trouble with my log-in timing out after a few minutes of being signed in. What can I do to fix this?
Do you have the “remember me” button checked when you sign in? If not, that may help.
Are you using AOL as your web browser? AOL has some compatibility issues with the platform we use, and using Internet Explorer or another browser may help.

I don’t use AOL, but did use the “remember me” button not sure if that was the magic solution but seems to help, plus I think DH did something to help me out after my numerous cries of exasperation. Thanks!
I use Firefox, have “remember me” checked and also get kicked out before I reach the end of a page, unless I post right away, then I’m “allowed” to stay for a while, 30 minutes to an hour maybe? If I take too long to type a response, I’m also kicked out.
I’ve not changed any settings on my end & I’ve had this issue for months. Thanks for checking it out.
ETA–SURE…as soon as I complain/take the “kid” to the doctor, it’s fine. I closed down last night and I’m still logged in today. Go figure.
:lol: Well, feel free to update if it becomes a problem again, and I’ll have the pros look into it. In the meantime, our resident experts are welcome to chime in with their input as well.

back to doing it again…I too use firefox. Wonder what the problem is? Been bumped off numerous times tonight.
Are you guys using an updated version of Firefox? I just saw another mention of potentially Firefox-related issues, and she’s using an older version, so I’m wondering if that’s a possible correlation.
