A friend of mine just registered for the forums. She got a confirmation e-mail and followed the directions and her info appears on the screen. But she says she can’t log in to the forums. Every time she tries she gets a message saying her name/password isn’t recognized. Since she can’t log in she can’t ask COTH what the problem is. She really isn’t happy because she’s really been wanting to join and start posting and she can’t.

Couple thoughts that may be at issue:
She may have registered with the main site and not with the forums, so check that.
If she’s using AOL as her browser, she may need to click the “remember me” box for AOL to really log her in.
