Looking for 2 TB geldings. 1 possibly in PA, 1 possibly in GA

Hi There;

I am just looking for information on what happened to 2 TB geldings I sold many a year ago. Pictures available upon request. I have been looking for both of these horses for an incredibly long time to no avail, but somewhere someone out there knows where these boys ended up. I sold them, they are not stolen or anything. I would just like to know what happened to them. I tried to stay in contact with where they went, but it’s amazing how horses just drop off the planet once you sell them.

Thanks in advance if you know anything or think you may know something.

1st horse-- 1991 TB gelding, nearly true black, white star and small left hind pastern white just over 16 hands. Registered name on JC papers “spiritofthegrizzly” Canadian bred horse that earned over $1mil and was top B track earner in Canada as a 3 year old. SOLD DECEMBER 2003 (yes, 2003) at a third party barn in COVINGTON, GA. Horse was experienced field hunter, jumper, and lower level dressage horse. Quiet at barn, but pretty explosive at shows, barn sour attitude occasionally. I called the horse “zoltan”. Sold him with a binder full of veterinary documents, jockey club papers, pictures, and my contact information – highly doubt this ever got passed on to new owner. Horse has an old slab fracture in right front carpus. Sound at time of sale. Experience jumping over 4’ fences.
I did get a tip on a similar sounding horse that may be being ridden as a pleasure dressage horse for a woman in the ALPHARETTA or CUMMING, GA area.

Any info at all, even if you think you saw a similar horse once, would be helpful. Horse would be 20 this year. May be deceased, but I’d like to know where he ended up. Please email : willowtreephotos@yahoo.com With any tips.

pictures available of both horses

2nd horse- 1998 16.2 bay TB gelding. Crooked stripe and 2 bumps on nose where a halter noseband would sit. Jockey Club registered name “Starship Shocker”. I called him “Starship”. Sold him in 2002 to MAURA JORDAN in CLARKS SUMMIT, PA (farm name escapes me at the moment…). She sold him on from there. She was not able to provide me with info on where the horse went. Possible tip was that he was boarded at LA EQUESTRIAN CENTER in LAKE ARIEL, PA and showing on the NPHA circuit around 2004. Also sold him with his jockey club papers, pictures, and my contact information in a binder, which I doubt ever got passed on.

If you have any info on where this horse could be living now, please email me : willowtreephotos@yahoo.com

thank you!
