My friend moved to Providence, RI this summer and she wants to get back into riding. She used to do HJ but is also interested in dressage. Although she’s looking for weekly lessons for now, she used to own a horse and that could happen again in her future. She wants somewhere that isn’t just kids running around and where she will get good, safe instruction. Discipline is secondary to finding the right home.
Any ideas?
Highly recommend Windswept Farm in Warren, RI, only 15-20 minutes outside of Providence. Safe, well-schooled lesson horses and experienced instructor/owner, lots of adult riders along with a cohort of kids. Nice atmosphere, horses well cared for, dressage or h/j, reasonably priced, lease options.
