I’ve recently purchased two warmblood mares that I am looking to start under saddle and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good trainer in the Edmonton area although I would also look at Calgary as well.

Not sure what your price range is but Jenn Arbuckle with Pinnacle is good, I’m not sure if she starts them herself or sends them out for the first 30 days, but the young horses in her program seem to do well.
Shauna Cook is a bit more expensive.
I would just call a few barns and see what they do with their babies.
