I’m looking for info on Alastriker, a grey tb gelding, would be 23 this year. I sold him in the late 90’s to someone in Alpharetta, GA. He was a fabulous horse and I just want to know what became of him. When I sold him, I was only a teenager and wasn’t involved in the process. The only info I have is that he went to a boarding stable, someone named Maria may have been the trainer and he was possibly being worked as a dressage horse. If anyone has any knowledge of his whereabouts I would love to hear from you. When I bought him I believe he had raced and has a tattoo but I don’t know the number.
I was able to contact his trainer and she informed me that he had to be put down due to severe arthritis. Thank you to those that replied. I am grateful for the information and was glad to hear that he was well loved and I don’t have to worry about him ending up in the wrong hands now as so many horses do. It sounds like he had a great life after I sold him. Thank you COTH for giving us an avenue to search for horses. This definately puts my mind at ease.
