looking for an adult on-line horse game that is free

I play on HOWRSE, but these newest changes that will be going in are making the game too complex for me.

I just want to play along without too much thinking or plotting.

so I am asking what other horse or other on-line games might be free and fun for an adult in their spare time?

I have googles the free on-line game and there are just too many for me to check them all out.
thanks!

If you’ve got a halfway decent computer, make the investment for the Sims 3 base game and the Sims 3 Pets expansion. Has horses. You can build a little farm, make your person do stuff, groom the horse, train it to race or show jump, compete (the competitions are a little lacking, but meh.)

With Sims 4 out now, the Sims 3 games should be falling in price. You can buy Sims 3 with Pets bundled with it.

There are even unicorns. You can make your horses “fall in love” and breed them. Or cheat, if you’re like me and think they don’t really need to fall in love first. Heh.

Now I would have never known the Sims has horses. I have been intrigued by the Sims but just didn’t bite.

I’ll have to look - thanks!

Putting in a word here for Horse Isle 2 - Life Cycle. It’s free, nice genetics breeding and competition game, and there is so much to see and do in the environment, you never run out of things to amuse you. Older kids up through adults play it.

ETA: also, it’s played online, no software to download - just need to have the latest version of Flash player.

If you like the “riding” part and not the breeding/building part, I enjoy Riding Club Championships on Facebook.

I think I tried it. I’ll have to look to see what games I have played on FB.

I play Howrse also (International version) and used to play Horse Isle 2, I can definitely put in a good word on HI2, it is fun and more interactive than Howrse. I felt I did not have enough time to give my best try at HI2 so am no longer on there.

I however am a Howrse addict and will stay with the game despite all of the new and odd changes they’ve been making. (Seriously we’re going to need to raise and ‘harvest’ cows for saddles, and mine for wood, iron and sand? LOL)

oh it gets better. I am on the testing site.

there will be employees you can “rent/buy” for 1 pass= 1 month of time. As I am a non-pass buyer, I am really thinking these changes over.

I am so addicted to HOWRSE, I understand the need for change, but some changes have been too much. I am on International too. I tried Canada(too slow) and the US, but stuck with International.

I haven’t played Howrse in years (well, I actually never really played Howrse. I played the Spanish version, Caballow), but when I did, I did some of the training work for one of the bigger players who apparently had no problems acquiring passes as she would supply me with horses and passes and I would do a substantial portion of the work. In exchange for compensation, of course.

I personally play Horseland. It is very much a kid game, but there is a decent number of adults on the game that do tend to bunch together away from the kids. It’s an incredibly simple game, though tedious at times. Horse Phenomena is supposed to be a less childish version, but I’ve never been a huge fan of it myself.

I will look in at both games, Horseland and Horse Phenomena.

well, the players who have been there the longest seem to have no trouble with buying passes and some of the kids get parents to purchase the passes.

I just love the way HOWRSE used to play. now, not so much. I just don’t really like the new changes.

If you like to jump horses, this is very fun. You are competing against “riders” world wide and it’s fun to see your name and the U.S. flag winning against riders of other countries. Scroll down to the bottom of the site and see the games on the right hand side of the page:
