Would you like a really old one? DH found it when he was digging a hole to plant a shrub yesterday. We live in a c. 1850 farmhouse, so it’s fairly common for us to find horseshoes and other old farm stuff.
Ask your farrier, or a farrier school if there is one nearby?
Call some farriers in your area and see if they can save old ones for you.
Local farriers would be more than happy to have you take them off their hands. If you give me your general location, I could provide you with contacts for some local/regional farrier associations. Often they have monthly meetings & some of those involve forging practice so there’s always a lot of leftover shoes.
