Hopefully I’ve posted in the right place. A friend of mine is looking to gift a few riding lesson to her son in law, who lives in Portland Oregon. He has a little horse experience, but would be considered an advanced beginner. He just wants to learn the basics of riding and care. Thanks in advance!
