Looking for a Thoroughbred by the name of Franklin’s Halo. He’s a 2003 baby. Last I knew of, he was still a colt, but he’s likely a gelding by now.
Last raced in June 2007 at Colonial Downs in VA, but he never broke his maiden.
Any ideas for tracking this horse down?
