Love, love, love the antique/victorian looking pins!!!
I love them too! Did you see the Onyx one? I love it! Would a round pin like that be appropriate for a stocktie, or do they have to be straight across?
I wear a bright orange pin with matching earrings that I got off an ebay ‘glass jewelry’ store. Not horsey at all. I get tons of compliments every time. I show in brown and the orange is beautiful with it. It’s small, in an odd, triangular shape.

Jayne at Texas Warmbloods makes the most incredible (and affordable) browbands and matching stock pins! If you don’t see what you like, send her an email describing what you’re looking for and she’ll respond quickly! Outstanding service and quality!

NEED…BLINGY…BROWBAND!!! Wow, amazing designs and I really feel like mr. fancy pants needs one of those for the next show!!!
Anyone that has ordered from here, how is the leather quality? Are they long/full enough for a large WB? I didn’t see different sizes on her site.
I’m really surprised that no one has suggested Ebay yet. I got a gorgeous 14K antique stockpin that has detailed renderings of three horses in a row. They don’t make quality like that today for the prices you can bid on Ebay.
I suggested eBay early on – it’s where I bought most of my Turquoise and Labradorite pins and brooches. They are all either oval or round. You are not limited to straight horizontal pins.
(Note: the pin portion, for safey’s sake MUST be horizontal, but the brooch can be whatever shape.)
The Hunters may be more OCD about stockpin styles, but I think in dressage, have fun!
Thank you!!!

I love the People on Horses, but if you don’t find what you’re looking for there, you might try Jane Heart - she has some very lovely stock pins:

Thank you very much for referring my website…I really appreciate it!!
Best regards, Jane
One thing to remember about the antique ones (I purchased a very meaningful one with citrine thistle on eBay), is that they are often a bit fragile and not so easy to manipulate with nervous show-fingers.
I received a Jane Heart stock pin a few years ago as a CoTH Secret Santa gift. Not only is it very beautiful (and makes my eyes tear at the loving generosity of my CoTH SS each time I look at it), its design stands up well to nervous finger-fumbling

Margaret - Your stock pin can be any shape! I have every shape in the world with different designs and colors. The only rule I follow as it relates to pins is that they shouldn’t be too BIG. I’ve seen some riders with HUGE brooches as stock pins and it overwhelms the entire outfit!
From the Hermitage online shop…BLING! BLING!
A beautiful brooch featuring the monogram of Catherine II beneath the crown inspired by the original from the Hermitage collection (silver gilt set with 112 diamonds, total weight 14.8 karat) was created in St Petersburg in 1770-80. my husband gave me alovely 3 stone amber (green/yellow/orange) pin in sterling silver for christmas from Fire & Ice. only issue is I have to replace the straight pin with stainless steel to make it strong enough to get through all that fabric in the old fashioned tie stocks.
This one is BEAUTIFUL!!!
This ebay seller has some great brooches that would make for perfect stock pins!
had to bump so I could shop!!!
I purchased this one-

at walmart after Christmas. It was $5.00 or so
However, I have found some gorgeous ones at antique stores. Definitely try ebay!

Jane,
I spoke with you at World Cup - I bought the horse-head in a horseshoe stock pin several years ago (not at world cup, but I always stop by to drool!). This year my friend bought the horse-head on a disk ‘zipper-pull’ type clasp - she was so glad she finally got one!
I always recommend your jewelry whenever the subject comes up - your horses are so detailed and actually look like horses!
Best,
MEP
Wow! Thank you so much!

We try really hard to have the most unique stock pins. Many are antiques and from England. We really appreciate such a nice compliment!
Thank you!

Thank you! We try hard for you to have the best and most unique!
Look on the beauty pagent supply sites or just google “queen pins” or “Princess pins”. I found beautiful rhinestone crowns pins with “queen” & “princess” written on them & also got matching crown earrings for a friend & her daughter for Christmas. I figured since we’re all dressage queens we might as well just spell it out. Really cute & blingy too! Also for a 3rd friend who shows with them on an OTTB, I found on ebay a beautiful rhinestone racehorse & jockey in gold/red/green & also matching horseshoe earrings. They all look great & love to make obvious fun of the dressage queen thing!
