Don’t know if you have Irish or Scottish heritage but I use a very pretty jewlery quality pin of my clan’s crest. My dad bought it online.
I wear my dad’s Navy wings as my stock tie pin. I also replaced the buttons on my jacket with ones from his dress uniform. I’m not sure where you’d buy something like this – maybe eBay or online somewhere. But I get a lot of compliments.

I love to wear a pin that means something to me. I alternate between my dad’s WWII Air Force wings and my uncle’s Navy wings. I also have a pin from the space shuttle given to me by Sally Ride!
Some of these others are lovely also, but I’m just not into jewelry.
