Is there a way to respond to a post WITHOUT having the thread re-set to the bottom ? I dont visit every day, and sometimes there are many many posts after the one I respond to - and I can’t find it again.
I’m fine with not seeing my response at the bottom of the thread - just would like to carry on from where I was…

Use the quote option 
and then the post you are replying to will show directly above your post. Once you post you can click on the little up arrow in your response to take you back to where you left off. Sorry for the red squiggle, I’m handier with a real writing utensil.
