Are the walls of the stalls fabric?

I’ve been in plenty of temp stalls and tarp structure barns, but never ones with soft walls!

I love that they are eating bananas.

Yes, they’re not unusual. Quick and easy to set up and take down, and don’t take up so much space when not in use. Not always sure they’re the most secure though, especially as we had a horse make itself an extra window at Blair :see_no_evil:

I had my horse make herself a window at a show where the stalls were made of wood🤦🏻‍♀️

That’s what I was going to say! I’ve had horses make “windows” in stall curtains and other fabric before… I can’t imagine trusting fabric alone to keep them in!

Most of the temporary stalls I’ve encountered are more solid for the walls. Either those composite partitions or metal or aluminum with plywood.

Where were all of the spectators? No one is there?!

Lea siegl interview (translation)

Modern temporary stables (at least in Europe) are generally made with strong flexible plastics, such as recycled high-density Polyethylene, designed to be horse proof. Lightweight, pack flat, easy to transport, quick to put up and break down, no nails needed. Timber ones are very old fashioned these days!
