Opinions on Lumiere Equestrian tack . Made in the UK , specifically the anatomical breastplate. Is it well made? How’s the fit- does it run TT or small? Thank you!
They are an Australian company. I haven’t personally seen anything by them here in the UK yet.

I own a few Lumiere bridles and their jumping stirrups. They are good for the price - “classy budget”. One bridle has a poorly done cheek - the leather is a bit swollen and rippled - but it appears to be an anomaly. So far Lumiere have been very good to work with, and you can buy individual bits for your bridle if your horse decides to rip a solitary, unreplaceable buckle…
The stirrup leathers are really good value and well made. Their bling browbands are an absolute steal when on special.

I have several bridles and the rubber grip reins.
Lovely bridles for the price. Their customer service has always been exceptional as well.

I purchased a breastplate (the anatomical one) before working with them. It was under $150 and came within a week. I was impressed with the quality and how quickly it came in so started sharing it on my Instagram. It’s so pretty, and I’ve been asked numerous times where I got it! They reached out to me after I sent a few customers their way and tagged on Insta. (I have a few photos on my platform, it’s the breastplate on the little grey horse @clairecumbee ) I have some bridles and girths coming to me in January, so I can’t vouch for them yet. But, there were so many to choose from and the price point was great, so I’m excited for me!! (I can follow up when they come in!)

Ok, good to know. I’ve been keeping an eye on them but haven’t hit the bullet to buy it yet. How does the breastplate run for sizing? I have a 17hh wide tb and don’t know if I should get the full or oversize.
