My horse is not PRE so I hope the mane will be thick enough to make this beautiful braid.

That’s so pretty! And it doesn’t look super hard once you get the hang of it–though you need a big neck for those big braids

I bet it prevents the braids from taking their own little angels. And even from the off side you probably see a little scallop over the top.

A friend whose horse has a thick mane said she would try this. Those are pretty big braids from a pretty thin mane - I suspect it won’t work on any thick manes.

I keep my pre’s mane long enough for a running braid but manes as long as in that YouTube are really hard to live with…my gelding is out 24/7
Wow! Would be great for fox hunters with traditionally long maned breeds.
You have to be careful with a continuous braid of any kind, that you don’t get it too tight. If you do the horse won’t be able to stretch down in comfort.
