Man, these counter canter turns are TOUGH.
Tessa’s counter canters were lovely both ways. But, no hand gallop and that horse jumps so hard she got dislodged twice. (But she stayed on, and that horse looks like he jumps so hard he could launch you off with no effort, so props to her.)
Is there a sportsmanship award or something? I swear I saw Skylar at the in-gate and still in show clothes, and she went like 8 hours ago. What is she dressed for?
Kind of a rough halt for Catalina but I appreciated her hand gallop.
Good solid test for Catalina.
I think Catalina is still above Tessa. She was just a little smoother.
Shame about the backward step or two there for Zayna - I thought her halt was nice and smooth.
Damn that was a slick turn by Zayna! Agree about the bummer of a step back in halt.
Welp, so far, the test has not changed the order I have them in lol
There’s a hand gallop, Audrey!
Well that was a hand gallop!
GET THAT HAND GALLOP QUEEN!!!
Not jinxing. Not jinxing.
Hm, I wonder what they’ll do with that b/c Audrey’s horse changed behind a stride or 2 before he did in front.
I wouldn’t drop her. Hand gallop was brilliant and she completed every test. Only bobble was the change to her second cc was a little strained.
I don’t think the test would change my pinning. Audrey, Zayna, Catalina, Tessa.
I think I would keep her on top.
I truly think it could go either way.
I would not be mad with either winner.
But I would keep Audrey on top. Everyone had a little something, her little something was the disunited change. I would not say this if the horse swapped front before it swapped back, but it tried to make a good change.
Lovely riders. I hope for Audrey.
If Audrey does win, has anyone else ever gone first and won? I think I remember someone going second and winning.
bestows hand gallop queen crown to Audrey regardless of how the class is pinned
