CMH is awful but better than nothing. Guess I won’t get to ride on beautiful day.

Let me preface this by saying that I know nothing about videotaping and I appreciate that it is available to me. I usually pay for it. I bought a USE fan membership and subscribed to ClipMyHorseTV for a month.
What I don’t understand is why the camera has to move around the ring. Why can’t it stay in one place like you are there, in the venue, sitting on the 50 yard line? (Maybe they can’t really film the line on the rail that would be directly below them? 
)
And why do videographers think we want to see the horses jumping head-on? I have bought gazillions of pictures from professional photographers and none of them are from head-on.
I have seen fabulous pictures of jumpers from the Olympics that were taken somewhere in between the two angles and that was probably to capture the really cool jumps, too. But hunters and equitation? Umm, no.

I’m trying to watch directly on CMH and I can’t find the live stream on their website. Anyone else have this issue?
What on earth is that pink wall?
It’s not that it’s any more or less spooky than anything else in the ring, it’s just that it’s ridiculous.

Bobby murphy had everyone vote through Instagram for the color. Pink was the color that the majority picked.
They had the pink wall for schooling yesterday, at least!
The NHS crowd-sourced the design of several fences this year on Instagram. That pink wall (specifically the color) was voted on and selected by Instagram fans. Not my favorite either, but that’s why you don’t turn to the internet for input unless you’re prepared for the results. At least we didn’t end up with a Boaty McBoatface fence

Well, that sure is something.
Just checking: is CMH all we have, the tiny screen? In my experience, that service is like hotel California. I don’t think you can get just a single month, it is all contract, no?
Zoom in your browser window far enough and the video frame will expand to fill most of it. It’s not the best image quality, but at least I can actually see it. It’s working OK on my TV screen.

I was able to avoid CMH. I’m watching on the NHS site and casting to my Chromecast to watch on TV. My device at least casts just the stream to my full TV, so I can avoid watching just the tiny inset.
