You might want to change the title of this thread. By your title I thought you were asking about plain old magnets - which some believe have an effect (I am not one of them).
That said I do believe in, and use, PEMF on both myself and my horses.
BUt it is much more than just a magnet.
I’ve never heard of these methods. Are they really popular and medically recognized? From what I read sounds like there should definitely be no harm but I am not sure about usefulness…
I’ve used the PEMF on myself and it does work. I was suffering from constant back pain and after one 20 minute session, the pain was gone. I’ve also used it on my horses and it does help to loosen them up and ease tension.
