Any good results for mares who get tense and cranky during heat cycles?
Not a direct answer to your question, but other magnesium supplements were not enough to make my mare comfortable during her heat cycles. What has worked super well for her is Evitex, a liquid chasteberry supplement. She used to be barely rideable while in heat and now she is totally fine. A touch more sensitive but that is it.
