Ya know, the one time I met this guy in person I never would have imagined he would be capable of this kind of insanity. He seemed like any other normal, fairly well adjusted twenty-something. As a psych major, my guess is that he probably has borderline personality disorder or some other equally scary mental disease.
Someone anonymously of course needs to post a complaint about him on the same websites. Let’s have some fun while the ship goes down!

He never graduated! He went to Clemson for less than a year and couldn’t cut it so he left. (The reason his operation moved to Anderson for that short time was because he was going to Clemson.)

I’m waiting with bated breath…
She’s is inquiring on a horse that someone else bought from him who has relisted the mare for sale.
When the lady got her from Thomson, she still had shoes on that looked about four months over due and was emaciated. :no: I guess the lady bought her in February, and she’s back to looking “normal” for now and so the lady who contacted me is looking at her tomorrow.
Hopefully this will be another happy ending for an OOF/MSF horse.
I now have an attorney involved as the false report he made on me is beginning to affect my reputation, and I am taking steps to go thru arbitration on that website, as well as having my attorney contact Mr. Moore. It is possible criminal charges may result. If anyone is pursing a class action lawsuit PLEASE contact me!!

Pretty ironic that he is accusing everybody of the same exact business practice that he engages in.
If anyone on here has had any conflict with this whack-job,
you might want to check out the Ripoff Report to see if he has filed a complaint against you or your business. All his complaints have almost the exact same wording, so it looks like he did the ‘ole’ cut & paste and changed some of the content along with names.

I suspect someone will :winkgrin: But I really don’t care to do it, I think its in “poor taste” as the website doesnt require any “proof” and hoenstly I think that WEBSITE is the ripoff! In order to go thru “Arbitration” to contest and have anything removed you have to pay $2000!!! I was going to arbitrate until I saw that and just not willing to spend that kind of money.

I used to peruse it as a time-waster, which is about all it’s good for. It can be entertaining, especially what I call the “Jerry Springer section”, which is made up of personal attacks against family, neighbors, etc. Lots of “that low-down skank stole my boyfriend and got pregnant on purpose and we don’t even know if it’s his baby” type of thing.
Agree with Shawnee Acres that the money is much better spent on your lawyer.
well the bad thing is, if you google then it comes up on google results (but oddly enough not on Bing which is what I use)! And it was posted under “animal abuse”!! Which my god, if you came to my farm you would quickly see the horses are NOT abused in anyway!
