Mallard Springs Farm- SC .. any experience?

still waiting to here what happened on the ‘visit’ this weekend. Randy was notified that Lulu was listed as being for sale and informed of situation with theharrier. Sheriffs department has been contacted and am awaiting word of what they’ve found.

Well, since nothing experience new york escort wise has come of it, here my sketchy observation. There are horses on Mallard Springs new york asian escort reference page that are almost cropped photos of horses on O/O sold page. The reason I notice is on O/O a horse named Java is pictured at a farm I boarded at in the past… on Mallard Spring his name is Cleveland. Now could the horse moved … absolutely… new york asian escorts could it be a different horse… absolutley…but why use a picture that’s 3 yrs old. Or why would Cleveland’s sold pic be from a different farm… new york escorts one he hasn’t been to in at least 2 years.

This is a big reason why I avoid any business that advertises itself as a “Christian” organization.

The phrase “you doth protest too much,” comes to mind.

And I was raised Roman Catholic, so it’s not anything against people who do live a good, ethical life that are Christians. It’s the six day sinner, Sunday saints that repulse me.

You can tell from his email that the Holy Spirit is just ooozing from every pore on this man’s body:rolleyes:

So sorry about these horses, it seems like the more you find out, the worse their condition actually is:cry:

Glad they are in good hands now.

You know Instant Karma you are very right most of the time. There was a farm here in NC that advertises for WAlking horses, they even have a “religious” farm name. A friend of mine several years ago, drove down from Ohio looking for a plasure type walking horse and we went to their farm. OMG! There was ONE bale of hay in the whole place, probably about 50 or so horses, found out the horses advertised as having been their wonderful “trail horses” were actually picked up at auctions in Kentucky a couple weeks before! THe horses that were their breeding stock (mares, foals etc) were THIN, the barn probably hadn’t had a stalled cleaned in weeks. It was pretty dismal, yet they were “Christians”. Now I too have NOTHING against any religious sect, I do know some true Christians that “Walk the walk” and don’t just “talk the talk”. I respect these people. But one sthat use it as a “front” for their business dealings, very often (altho not always) those are SO crooked!!

TheHarrier- any updates on your two ponies?

for what it’s worth, Lulu is definitely NOT an easy ride. She’s quite tough and not a simple ride. Apparently someone hypothetically looked in to her and emailed ‘William’. He said what a perfect match she was for a child, simple, auto, etc. And price negotiable. Any horse that has an extensive AA circuit show record in the children’s jumpers, going for a negotiable $6500 should be a HUGE red flag!

It’s good video. Thanks for share.

Wow i just read through this whole thread and all i can say is WOW! This is absolutely disgusting and I hope someone stops this man! Hope the horses TheHarrier has are doing better and im so glad they are in a better place now!

well, in the space of a few hours (between 1pm and 3:30pm) this phony’s website has been changed to show that Lulu AND the paint have been sold, to different people. I’m sure something happened and he got scared and took them down. Anyone with some knowledge care to shed some light on this newest development? I’d gladly accept a PM

Lulu’s ad on equine.com has vanished!

For reference:http://www.cityofgreenwoodsc.com/Police_CitizenInformationForm.aspx

And http://www.scconsumer.gov/dcacf/dcapolicy.htm

If he did manage to sell her the former owner, if one of the COTHrs can speak with them, need to report the horse stolen by deception to the breed association her papers are in as well as possibly informing the US border that handles transfer of livestock into Canada. This may not stop the mare from shipping and reaching the destination, but the new owner will not be able to register her and therefore make her less valuable. Maybe new owner will strike a deal for forever home/ or allow a buy back for the papers.

Then again… he could’ve been caught be previous owners and covering up his story. Wish we would get an update that the stunning girl is safe.

Curiously, all MSF and Old Orchard Farms Equine.com ads - active and sold - have been removed. Also, the MSF website has removed its physical address from its home page. I have to suspect that someone paid the farm an unwelcome visit in recent days. I would also guess that law enforcement is now involved. Maybe Thomson finally figured out that scamming people over the internet is a federal offense. I just hope all of the horses are okay.

Ha! I so very much hope what’s coming to him.

I’m envisioning a federal work camp.

Renior and LuLu are still listed available on the MSF website:no:

POLICE REPORT FINDING ON MALLARD SPRINGS FARM

The above link will take you to the Greenwood County Animal Control findings regarding the recent accusations of horse abuse at Mallard Springs Farm. I realize that most of you will get great happiness from this because you will now have something else to talk about. All people involved in this OBSURD Internet tirade seriously need to consider getting lives of their own…

All though the name of the person who made the complaint is blacked. We do in fact know that Coreen from Tupelo Stables made the false report. Coreen maybe you should have thought before you gave your name in this report. In an earlier post on this thread you said we have no proof of you slandering us… Looks like we do now. Look up the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act… That enables us to have all phone calls made, and all reports made to be available to use upon request… Also, Coreen you need to look into what happens when you give false information to police officers. That will be your home work for the next couple of days… Maybe you should have given a false name along with the false information you gave…

Being that the Greenwood County Animal Control Officers found nothing of what you said to be true… They consider the information you gave them to be false… Go and look up what happens when you give false information to police officers here in South Carolina. I’m sure you will be very surprised as to what you find…

Hope you all enjoy this. I know I did.

JUST COPY AND PAST THIS LINK IN YOUR BROWSER TO VIEW THE REPORT… THANKS:lol:

MSF- are you saying that TheHarrier’s horses were in good/acceptable condition when leaving your farm?

Methinks someone with Animal Control is in MSF’s back pocket. Oh, and MSF, please do us all a favor and turn on your spell check when you post one of your entertaining tirades. Thank you!

Now, someone please pass the margaritas and popcorn…:stuck_out_tongue:

I have been following the progress of this thread from the beginning, as I read most all of the threads on Hunter/Jumper and the Breeding forums.

I looked at the link that you linked, MSF, above. I am glad that the officers found no foul play at your place, and I am glad that your horses were deemed well taken care of.

You would have looked far superior if you would have just left it at that and not stooped down and posted the remainder of what you posted. Be satisfied that your horses are healthy and that the law attests to that.

Furthermore, it does not appear from that document that any lying has occured (in that document, i don’t know about elsewhere) since it was quoted as supposition only. She “thought” there might be something going on based on the horses she bought. I seriously doubt that the law will bother to go after her based on her premonitions, especially if she is out of state.

I don’t know about anyone else, but I wouldn’t mind hearing your side of the story, since people seem to have so much to say about you. However, I don’t think the personal attacks make you look any better than the people you claim are libeling you (if they are, in fact, telling things other than the truth).

I am not on any bandwagon (even though I am sure I will get flamed from one side of this story or the other), I just hope that something positive can come out of all of this. I know I am naive to think this can happen. I have been on the other side of this story as my trainer from when I was a kid was caught up in wrongfull assertations about insurance fraud and her horses, and I saw the mud-slinging first hand. However, it really is difficult to believe in you when the only things you post on this board are threats, jeers, and personal attacks. Like I said, if you want to answer to the claims people have made against you, I (at least) will listen to you without bias and form my own opinion based off of the “truth” stated from both sides.
