I think the police report speaks for its self… I care to waste no more time or energy on this matter. When we were first contacted by Coreen that she was not satisfied. We immediatly offered to trade her any 2 other horses on our web site. After she declined that, we offerd to sell them for her for the price that she paid. She declined that also We have email proof of our offers, and her declines… She said she wanted to keep the horses, and have her money refunded… Hmmmmm I think not. And as far as LULU is concerned please give me the contact information of the former owner out of Tryon. I really need to speak with him reguarding these claims of her being stolen… He sold LULU to a Polo rider in Aiken. The polo rider then sold LULU to Trent, and Andy Neal… Trent, and Andy are the owners of the horse… She was consigned with us. I am not on any bandwagon (even though I am sure I will get flamed from one side of this story or the other), I just hope that something positive can come out of all of this. I know I am naive to think this can happen. I have been on the other side of this story as my trainer from when I was a kid was caught up in wrongfull assertations about insurance fraud and her horses, and I saw the mud-slinging first hand. However, it really is difficult to believe in you when the only things you post on this board are threats, jeers, and personal attacks. I am also yearning to hear William/Thomson’s response as to why and how TheHarrier’s horses arrived off of the trailer directly from MSF in said and photographed condition. I’d like to know why the condition they were in was deemed acceptable and even healthy to boot.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but Animal Control agreed that the horses in the photographs sent to them from the buyer “appeared to be in bad shape”. Hence the investigation.
Even if it’s just the case of these two horses, horses should never look like that and horses in that condition are far from being acceptable.
Again, totally open to hearing the other side of the story…

Micheal are you wanting to keep the mallards at your farm, or do you want to set them free?? There are several breed variations of the modern mallard duck. Some are exceptional flyers, and other not so much… If you want to raise the and send the out in the wild be sure to buy “flying mallards” It gives them a much greater chance of survival in the wild. If you want to keep them as pets seek out a larger more domesticated mallard varaition. I will be happy to answer any question you have reguarding ducks…

So the horses left MSF on April 2nd? There’s no other way to know exactly when photos were taken simply because a time stamp is easy to change.
TheHarrier’s horses would not be in such terrible condition just in a few days/weeks, that’s months of neglect.

those photos were taken the day before he left to go to TheHarrier’s. But the photos have two different time stamps. That’s all. I’m making sure what you’re providing is true.

Looks like you lost the “passion” a loooooooonnnnnggggg time ago when you let Cascade and Odessy get in such awful shape.
I can only hope the remaining 14 horses at MSF find themselves in better hands.
PS. the police report AGREED that TheHarrier’s horses were “in bad shape”.

This is the language of a person who sees animals as objects. Where is the concern for the skinny, sickly horses you sent to Virginia? Thomson/William may wrap himself in the self-righteousness of religion, but seriously? Only someone with a very dark soul would treat animals like that. And furthermore, why would any good horsewoman send animals back to the person who let them decline into such deplorable condition?
I sincerely hope anyone who has been swindled by Thomson/William through an online ad will file an ic3 report online:
I have no comment regarding new information. My concern was for the horses and to be honest I have little faith with local enforcement to be able to determine proper care. So that document means little to me, what may have helped your cause is posting recent photos of all of your horses on the farm. That may have actually made some of us believe it was a one time mistake on your part.
However, the lying/name changing, undisclosed health issues, personal attacks and bullying is what people are concerned about in regards to fraud.
I admit I did not expect this outcome when I posted the original thread. It was an honest inquiry about a farm local to me that I did not know about until a complete stranger emailed me. And its a shame there are people like this in the industry that I love.
