I know it seems a bit macabre but does anyone know where on Man O War farm (former Faraway) Man O War was originally buried ?

I’ve already forgotten, even though I just read it, but it was in one of those articles on DRF which ejm posted above. I think it was the one by Barbara Livingston.

Now I’m hearing the opening of that first chapter of Walter Farley’s novel … the fictional Danny Ryan walking down the country road that spring night, on his way to Mahubah’s barn …

My mother got to see him once, in his later days, which to me is as thrilling as my getting to see the Beatles in concert. :slight_smile:
