They were at our Horse Expo last year and I didn’t buy, but decided I want to try it this year. Just looked at exhibitor list and guess what? They aren’t coming. So I thought if I have to order it, I better check and see if anyone has any experience with it.

Love it! My friend has a 17h Fresian cross that has the thickest tail. She swears by it to keep the tail conditioned and tangle free. We got some about a year ago at a local expo. We were so disappointed that they didn’t come back to the expo this year. We went online and ordered more.
thanks Simbalism. I found it at horse expo, even tho the owners weren’t there, Charles Wilhelm had a display of it at his booth. So I bought the starter pack. My DH looked at the price and almost swooned but didn’t say anything, lol.
Used it Sunday MOnday night, and it did work well, tail was super easy to brush out, the shampoo rinsed out easily (important during drought, use less water) and after applying hydrate 24 and polisher, the tail was super easy to brush out. Now will wait and see how long effects last. As of Tues night, tail was still soft and not tangled. So far, so good.
I had a bottle about the size of a regular shampoo bottle of the conditioner and it lasted about a year for two horses. I usually put it on about once per week.
