How about standing her square and getting a picture of her from the rear? I cn’at tell but she may have that whole left pelvis/hip dropped.

She is cow hocked and this will affect the way she moves, but it looks like she is also lame. Her barn sour could be a result of a lack of training as well.
What country and city are you from? Sometimes American horse vets do charity work in other countries. They would be able to help you and it would be very affordable or free.
