Marc Grandia as a clinician?

Anyone ride with him? He’s visiting to clinic on the xc course near us which he designed. I’m a green bean on xc as is my mare. She’s normally very brave o/f in the arena but we did our first xc and she had some green moments. I’m now trying to decide if I want to push on with my slot at the clinic or let my trainer take my starter spot with my mare or one of her green beans.

I’m pretty good at sticking up for me and my mare and what feels safe for us – but I also don’t love having to assert myself and certainly not paying for the pleasure!

Marc is an excellent clinician that will be able to assist you at your current level and create a fun and helpful learning experience

I really like Marc. He sees things as a horse sees. He is very personable and enthusiastic.

I’ve ridden with him a few times. Very good clinician and like RAyers says, very personable and enthusiastic. He was also our guest cross country instructor at Ponyclub camp for a couple of years, learned a lot.

We had a great time on Saturday doing stadium. Unfortunately it was hotter than anticipated and after being out from 6am-9pm I got overheated and wasn’t sure I’d be up for Sunday (since we’d have to leave at 6 again). I ended up scratching the xc portion but would absolutely do another clinic with Marc if the opportunity came up.
