Can a TB mare be inspected at the same time as the foal to get the mare accepted and the foal eligible for registration? Or is the mare required to be inspected before the foal is born, or before breeding? Considering Oldenburg NA or GOV.
Yes, I have done that before. Inspect the mare and foal at the same time.

That was actually recommended to me as the thought was if the mare has a really nice foal at foot they may like her a bit more than they would have otherwise. No idea if that really makes a difference or not but was definitely easier to do them at the same time.
