AVAILABLE BROODMARE-EXCELLENT JUMPER/DRESSAGE BLOODLINES

13 yo Oldenburg, Cor de la Bryere/Calypso II granddaughter, Goldschlager granddaughter. Proven jumper success in CA/CO, but retired at 10 due to fractured sidebone in left front. Bay, four socks, 16’3, been compared to ‘Bretina’ in her gates, really incredible. Bred to Pablo, as a 5 year old, gelding is gorgeous and very talented jumper, wonderful attitude! Would really like for this mare to have a job, she is a wonderful mother and took on the first try with her first and only breeding. Located in Colorado. Quality stallions, registered and tested, ONLY. Expenses paid by person breeding mare, also signed contract necessary. 970-209-3881 Tanya Dwyer

Free Broodmare lease (at your place or mine) - can include TWO DOSES OF COR NOIR FROZEN SEMEN!!!

Dressy Affair (“Lilly”) is an Oldenburg NA MMB approved TB mare (with an impressive score). She has produced one lovely filly by Edelweiss de Bonce. The filly should mature to 17 hands, is very typy and very sweet.

Lilly is a 16.1 hand mare, feminine with substance, very sweet, and an in your pocket personality. She was retired from her show career due to a pasture injury. She is 100% pasture sound! Before being retired, Lilly was schooling second level dressage and had been started over fences and schooled on small cross country courses. She was going great as a dressage horse, but she loved to jump, and boy did she have great scope and bascule. Before her injury, she was going to make a great dressage / eventing horse!

Lilly is a great mommy, and loves her new job. Because I am currently focusing on developing some young ones, I will not be breeding Lilly this coming breeding season, therefore, I am offering her for a free breeding lease. She is open and will be weaning her current filly shortly (January).

She does fine on field board with good forage and grain, or great in a stall. She is currently barefoot, and only requires normal trims.

I can also offer two doses of Cor Noir frozen semen (no LFG, all breeding expenses paid by leasee). Cor Noir was owned by Hilltop Farm until his death in 2003. “He was a powerful stallion with strong mechanics that generated impressive elevation and scope in his movement. He earned the coveted Class 1 status at his 100-day test in Germany with an overall score of 123.18 points. Under Scott Hassler, Cor Noir thrived in the demands of the FEI dressage work and showed an International-quality piaffe and passage. Cor Noir’s sire, Cor de la Bryere, shaped the development of the Holsteiner breed and his influence is felt across all major registries, especially in the breeding of show jumpers. Cor Noir’s prepotency for a large frame, correct foundation, and elevated movement made this stallion a prized influence.” http://www.hilltopfarminc.com/stallion_archives.html

I require a breeding lease contract and ask for a vet reference.

If you don’t have space for a broodmare, but would like to breed, I can also offer a breeding lease that includes board - please inquire for details.

Please PM me for more info.

Thanks,
Sandy

Hungarian WB Talent for Free Broodmare Lease

I have a really cool mare for free broodmare lease. She is small (15.2) but she throws great talent. Registered with the Hungarian Horse Association. Did some low level dressage and jumpers in her time but is best suited as a broodmare. My 7 year old that she threw is an absolute joy to work with and train. He is currently working on Second Level dressage movements. I would be willing to let her go off property or keep her here. She is easy to keep. On field board now, no shoes, eats minimal grain. I could also keep her here for our field board rate. Needs a job and loves being a mommy!

PM me for more details.

1997 16.0h fleabitten Grey Trakehner Mare available for free lease. COMES WITH BREEDING to Grande Sovereign

Apache Pb / Amethyst / Royal Chocolate

Nice mare! Scored well at RPSI and ISR/Old NA with 7 on correctness of gaits as an out of shape 13 y/o. This girl has solid build and mechanical fundamentals for a sporthorse and is very athletic. Did CC/jumpers/dressage you name it with previous owner. I bred her in 2010, caught first cycle and lost it at 7 months to umbilical torsion. (I really do have terrible luck) I have vet records and you can talk to our repro vet as he can confirm this diagnosis, since even he was surprised to actually see the proof of it in the cord. Apparently its a common catch all diagnosis, but this time (just my luck) we had proof. Follow up biopsy and culture were pristine. Poor mare was very upset, so I know she will make a wonderful mother. She was so sweet while in foal too.

VERY easy keeper. Prefers being out and needs nothing other than a blanket in winter. Good in herd setting, have had no issues with all age groups and gelding/mare fields.

COMES WITH BREEDING to Grande Sovereign! I love this stallion and he is a lovely match for her. I cant afford to breed her and she shouldnt go another year. She can stay with me, and I can manage everything for leasee to include putting her under lights, or she can go to approved home. Would consider permanent placement to right home as well.

Email smemmo@netzero.net

She is on warmbloods-for-sale “Alacrity”
there are 3 pictures and 2 videos.

NOTE: Ali does crib when stalled. She doesn’t crib on field board (fences are safe) and a miracle collar stops her in her stall. Also never cribber while in foal. Sorry to add this late. Honestly didn’t think about it since I have her on field.

Why are you tempting me vita? :sigh:

If only you were closer…!

Well bred black OldNA mare in VA - for breeding to pony

Scharlotte is a 3 year old mare by my stallion Schiffon Ps and from the same dam line as the Marefield Meadows/Celle stallion Dauphin (her granddam is a full sister to Dauphin) and the 2008 licensed stallion First Duke. She is registered but not yet inspected by ISR/Old NA.

http://www.horsetelex.com/family.php?horseid=525076

Scharlotte is now a lovely mare, black with 4 white socks and a star, but she was a dummy foal requiring intensive care for 3 weeks, and ended up with stunted growth and a joint infection that has resulted in a deformed leg. Consequently she is only about 14 hands and I would like her first breeding (2012) to be to a pony or small horse (with small horses in his pedigree) to increase our chances of an easy foaling. I don’t have any connections in the pony world or anyone small enough to start one under saddle, so I would really like to find someone who would like a pony/small horse for themselves to free lease her on my farm. Scharlotte’s genetics are 16.0-16.3 on both sides, so I could not guarantee the result would stay a pony.

The appropriate lessee (who would ideally be aiming the offspring for a show career) would pay all breeding-related expenses and half of the cost of feeding/vaccinating/hoof trimming. My husband is an equine vet, so he would be doing the ultrasounds, etc without charging a trip fee. We can take care of presenting the mare and foal for inspection (if eligible) and upon weaning we would provide hauling up to 300 miles from Richmond VA to your facility and just ask to be reimbursed for fuel. We could also offer boarding of the foal until age 3 at a reasonable cost. I just want to find the right person to help me give Scharlotte the best possible chance to start her breeding career while at the same time having the foal already placed.

Please email leaann.hansen at gmail.com if interested in discussing. Thanks!

Eventing mare for free lease

Leah is a 1997, 16.1 hh, very solidly built Canadian Sport Horse. She is by Cozy’s Commander, who sired Carrick (eventer John Williams’ Olympic & WEG horse) and Zydeco (consistent 4* competitor). Her career under saddle has been limited by an old injury to her hip. She has had 4 easy, uncomplicated pregnancies & births back-to-back with her previous lessee. She is open and available for the 2012 season, and is most suitable for someone looking to breed an eventing, jumper, or hunter prospect.

Email me at mmalandrinos (at) gmail.com for pictures or videos of her and previous foals. She is currently located in Chesterfield, VA, but can go anywhere on the east coast to the right situation.

Just thought this may be a good idea for someone:

I could offer a lease of my mares. Reqiurement is they stay where they are - Germany at a good friends  and stallion should be hanoverian approved, as I do not really want to take the mares somewhere to be approved for another registry.
Board (including farrier, worming, etc.), and insurance should be paid by person who “leases” and obvioulsy breeding fee plus vet costs for the breeding as such. This means the lease as such as is free, but upkeep for mare and breeding costs should be paid.

I can offer these four:

SPS Flaminia (Florencio - Prince Thatch - Lysander, born 2005). Sixth SPS in a row in the damline. Has had 2 really good foals by Benetton Dream. Will foal in April her third Benetton Dream. She is not the tallest mare, but has three real good gaits. could have a bit more freedon of shoulder, could be longer legged. Halfbrother licensed with canadian warmblood.

Wolke (Wolkenstein II - Matcho - Grenadier - Lugano, born 2003) damline of Dresemann. Also not too tall, very correct and with a very nice Weltmeyer type engine. In foal for March to Romanov at the moment.

Suaheli (Sandro Hit - Rouletto - Prince Thatch, maybe - depending on stallion and person born 2003) Fullbrother qualified for the BC and as I recently learned was nominated for the young horse world championships at Verden for the country of his owner. Owner has GP-experience and plans to take him there. Her half brother competes sucessfully in the US in FEI classes upto Inter II. Not in foal at the moment - had one by Farewell III, Benetton Dream and Romanov. Tall mare that has three very esceptional gaits and that can jump really good aswell.

SPS Djambalaya (maybe, if right stallion is chosen, born 2002). (Don Frederico - Prince Thatch - Lysander) Sixth SPS in a row in the damline. Has had only one foal and was my riding mare. Winner of Mares show, won level 2 dressage, placed in 3day event. Will foal in April by Conen. Halfbrother licensed with canadian warmblood.

Sed me a PM please if you are interested in more.

Black Reg oldenberg mare available for on or off farm lease

Location: Florida
Mare: Reindance (aka Ivy)
Description: Black with no white. 1998 mare, 16.3+ hands
Breeding approved Oldenberg Reg #19.162 HVB 98
Sire: Graf Goetz (Hann)
Dam: Aleva (KWPN - imported) by Lucky Boy (KWPN)

Produces nice moving, well mannered, correct foals that are easy to start and have started showing.

Sire Graf Goetz produced not only GP dressage horses but was known for producing horses that had GP talent with the temperament for amateurs.

Dam Aleva is from the famous Dutch mare “Leva” line that has produced top level jumpers and dressage horses. Dam sire is Lucky Boy, one of the all time great KWPN stallions.

Mare sustained injury as a youngster and has not been sound to ride except for light trail riding and such. She continues to be a comfortable, easy horse to have on farm. Super easy breeder and exceptional mother.

I am not breeding this year and probably not next year so mare needs a job!

Terms: Free lease (except expenses & shipping) available - can keep mare here on waterhorse farm or bring to your farm.

For photos and video of mare and offspring visit www.waterhorsefarm.com and look up “IVY” under horses for sale or lease.

I’m a big Graf Goetz fan . . . but couldn’t find ANY photos of Ivy under your horses for sale or for lease.

Help . . .

Hi All - I’m interested in finding a broodmare to lease for 2012. I’m in the Seattle area and can do onsite or offsite at my place - I’ve got a nice little farm with a stall as well as good mud-free turnout. She would be loved and extremely well taken care of during her time at my place!

I’m looking for a Warmblood mare, preferably Hanoverian approved although I’m not set on a stallion so I’m open in that regard. I know breeding is always a gamble but I’m hoping to produce my next FEI horse so I’m looking for good conformation, dressage bloodlines, and good movement. A history of producing fancy moving offspring who do well in the dressage ring is obviously a plus

PM me if you’ve got a lovely lady who might fit the bill!

I have two warmblood mares for lease next year. Both mares are in foal for 2011, so at least until fall they need to remain with me. Both mares have conceived with fresh and frozen semen.

The first mare is a 1999 MMB GOV and Oldenburg/NA approved mare, bay with four white socks, 16.1 hh. She is by Pointmaker out of an Oldenburg approved TB. She conceives easily and is easy to handle. She has had four foals and all of them have been premium.

Second mare is a chestnut MSB 1994 Hanoverian by Kalypso out of a Diamont mare. Her foals have been successful both in-hand and undersaddle, and she has produced both dressage offspring and jumpers. Email me at jbuyny@gmail.com for details.

For 2012 lease: I have a '99 16.1 hand MSB Hanoverian mare by Kalypso out of an Armin mare who has placed well in Produce of Dam at Dressage at Devon, and has to date produced one Elite Mare now successfully show jumping (by Fuerst Gotthard), one Fuerst Gotthard colt now with several show hunter championships at AA shows, one Landkoenig colt beginning his show hunter career, one coming 3 year old filly by For Play (all of these sold quite easily as youngsters), one '11 beautiful Rubignon filly, and currently in foal again to For Play for her 7th foal. This mare is an exceptional mother, breeds/catches easily, has had uncomplicated foalings, and has exceptional movement, conformation, and very, very good feet. She is available for lease and can be rebred this May/June and stay with me until fall weaning. I’d like her to stay in the mid-Atlantic area and an exceptional
home/experienced breeder is a must. She herself has placed well also at Upperville and has won her class for older mares at a Hanoverian Mare Show. Her photos are in my Facebook albums with all of her previous foals - See KLEOPATRA R
