Starting to search for mare to breed in 2016.

Must be WB, registered and inspected, well bred, good temperament. Willing to lease or possibly purchase.

I have s lovely TB mare in foal for 2016 I may consider leasing or trading for WB broodmare. Tall elegant and sweet, lovely mover, but she’s not quite right for the direction I want to go with breeding.
I am interested in a TB mare, and I have a Swedish warmblood mare I would swap or lease.

She is registered and inspected.

Sire is Briar, dam is Regata (Tk).

Can you tell me more about your TB mare.

Seeking in CT

Seeking 16hh+ warmblood/warmblood cross (or nice built/jump TB) broodmare for free lease off farm. Will be looking to breed to Westporte in Spring of 2016 for a quality Hunter baby. Please PM or reply here. I’m located in CT, will travel New England for a mare. Nothing drafty. Needs pretty good conformation and a great jump. Prefer Hunter types, may look at jumper mares.

Holsteiner mare available 2016 (BC, Canada)

Hello breeders,

I have a 2007 maiden mare, a big 16hh, registered AHHA with show miles and great bloodlines. Her mother (by Cassini 1) was a grand prix jumper and she was showing in the 3’3 hunters this last year, but unfortunately injured herself and needs some time off. I was going to breed her myself this year, but life has taken a turn and am not in the best financial position at the moment. She is available for the 2016 breeding year.

Here is a link to her pedigree: http://www.horsetelex.nl//horses/pedigree/270578

Video of her showing:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Te-XTqx3z2U&feature=youtu.be

Approved breeders only, will need to periodically check in on her as she is a very special mare. Located in British Columbia, Canada (currently in Nanaimo).

Mare has been placed in a great breeding facility, good luck to everyone in 2016

Trakehner mare by Leonidas out of Consul mare

Trakehner mare available for ET only. I can’t afford to breed her myself at this point but she’s made such nice babies, I’d love to see more on the ground out of her. Was told when I bought her that she couldn’t carry a foal due to melanomas but haven’t had a BSE done on her myself. She is my riding horse so would prefer ET.

3 Hanoverian mares of good quality

As I have two very nice fillies from 2015 out of my girls I am planning not to breed in 2016 myself.

I am offering them for lease in Germany. Payment is only for insemination and stallion fee plus keeping of the Mares for 1 year.

  1. Suaheli by Sandro Hit – Rouletto (http://www.horsetelex.de//horses/pedigree/263693). This mare is clearly dually talented for dressage and jumping. She is halfsister to a Grand Prix winning horse. Her fullbrother was qualified for the Bundeschampionat in Germany.
She has offspring that is already successful in sport. One of those is in very good hands in Austria and is in preparation for bigger goals to come. He won a class equivalent to US first level. Her offspring is typically not small, typey, with loads of rhythm and a very active hindleg. She is homozygeous for dark.

  2. Statespremium mare Flaminia that is homozygeous for dark by Florencio - Prince Thatch xx (http://www.horsetelex.de//horses/pedigree/352374). The mare is number 5 of subsequent premium mares in the damline and halfsister to a licensed son. One of her foals is raised at statestud Celle as stallion prospect. She received 8s on her gaits in the mare test. Her foals are very typey, with swing, elasticity and a good hindleg.

  3. Statespremium mare Djambalaya by Don Frederico - Prince Thatch xx (http://www.horsetelex.de//horses/pedigree/194246). The mare is number 5 of subsequent premium mares in the damline and halfsister to a licensed son (plus halfsister to mare in number 2). She won second level dressage (L-Dressur in Germany), was placed in jumping classes (A-Springen) and has won cross country prospect class. She received 8s and 9s for her gaits in the mare test. Her foals are very typey, have swing and are elastic with an active hindleg.

Seeking in Arizona

Seeking a nice Oldenburg, Holsteiner or Hannoverian broodmare for free lease off farm. Breeding for eventer/jumper prospect.
Must have good temperament. Looking to breed to Coromino or Landkonig. Possibly willing to pick up in CA, NV, NM, UT if owner is okay with horse being in Arizona.

Available in Texas

Branded and registered Oldenburg NA mare by Domiro out of a Mahon mare. Very pretty bay mare, lovely mover, coming 9 years old. Maiden mare and has not been to her mare inspection. I am willing to pay the inspection fees. I have gotten out of breeding and this mare came back to me in May. I need to find her a job instead of her sitting in my pasture.

PM here or contact me at jwright DOT flagg AT gmail.com

Going to try to email you ^^^

Four Special Mares for Broodmare Leases

As I managed to injure myself and will be out of commission for over another year at least, I can’t breed/foal out any of our mares. Rather than have them stand around in the pasture for another year or two doing nothing, I’m offering them for free leases off the farm. I will require references and insurance, however.

Two are RPSI premium mares, one of which had a gold premium foal. One is RPSI main marebook. The last one hasn’t been presented yet, as she was ridden, but is of premium quality.

E-mail me at carolinw@earthlink.net for more information and pictures.

FREE LEASE, located near Ocala, FL: Registered and DNA typed wit SHB(GB) and can be registered with the ATA. Oversized pony, half sister to deceased eventing pony Theodore O’Connor (Rolex, PanAm Gold, almost made Olympic team, yada, yada, yada…) and a slew of other successful eventing ponies and from a family of many top hunter ponies. Sired by Fleetwater Opposition, sire of UK stalwart, multiple team (Olymipcs and WEG) medalist Opposition Buzz, plus high-ranked eventing stallion and Atlanta bronze medalist Yarlands Summersong (and others). Seven-year-old, Trakehner-Thoroughbred-cross, oversized pony, flashy looker: bright bay with white. Was a great mom to a lovely foal by Halimey, now age two and a really great mover with a puppy-dog personality–heavier-boned than she (picture available) and already taller.

“Connie” is ready to do hunters, good for lessons or adult/novice, possibly. Has never gone cross country, but could. Does NOT show big jump, but never actually tested to jump big either. Very easy lead changes and likes to go “long and low” hunter style. Let her relax and she’ll happily plod along prettily forever. With the right supervision, would be competitive walk/trot, but must be managed for occasional marishness that disappears when she is in foal or not season.

A very, very useful mare. Keep her as long as you like, but I wouldn’t mind breeding her again myself some day, too (I have waffled back and forth between selling her and giving her away for two years now. I just really don’t want to lose track of her or access to her, if I can do more breeding in the future.). If you want a mare to breed AND enjoy, and don’t need a big horse, Connie will be a pleasure. Even when she’s in season, she loves to go on trail rides and watch out when you load her because, oddly enough, she also loves to hop in a trailer and much on hay while watching the scenery go by (she will practically knock you over to get in!).

Many, many videos of her from age three to today. They show her “type” very clearly, I think. If someone got her to measure in as a pony, she’d definitely have a place to go in local hunters. All riders, except first hunter pro, were on her for the first time. She knows her lead changes very well, but needs to be asked (with just a tiny bit of aids) because she hasn’t had enough decent course work to anticipate them on her own, if you know what I mean.

Yes it is

Here is a link to info on her mother, Party. When I rode with Buck he said Party was the best stadium horse in his barn. Jan Brons also loved Party and said she would have been a great FEI dressage horse if I would just stop jumping her.

Brown with blaze (looks black), she produced a very flashy/fancy filly by Pablo in 2013.

She is a retired jumper (competing up to 1m in the rated shows). She loves being a mom. Her 2013 filly was her 4th foal. She has also produced two appendix QHs and a very nice, tall Friesian Sport horse for dressage. Sound but does required front shoes with pads because of an old chip off her RF coffin bone.

She needs a job. Great temperament. Has consistently produces very nice, athletic horses.
