I hope it’s okay if I post a shout-out to her close friend Belinda (Baudin) Nairn-Wertman who recently passed away as well? I was aware of her harmonious dressage skills but where we really crossed paths is in meeting the talented and personality-laden jumpers she found and steered to Hunterdon in New Jersey. She and the late Ms. Malone were foundational in building the sport in their time.

Two great horsemen gone, but what a big legacy they each left behind. @pluvinel I’m glad you posted here, I rarely check the sporthorse forum.
Belinda was my “fairy godmother”. She did so much for me and I will never forget her kindnesses.
Vera Kessels passed away this March…also from cancer
