Ok yes they likely will, but aside from Jenni, Max is extremely well qualified and I would suggest is respected by a multitude of camps, factions and as DOC would say, “Smurfs.”
In my mind, Max is the only person I could get behind as much as the previously successful people. And it’s not for her OCET connection. Moreover its for how much knowledge, experience and willingness to devote her life to the USA event team.
MANY folks know, some don’t, that I am ardently anti-DOC for how he lied about a business transaction between us, that said I can still be supportive of Max and absolutely will be.

There is no one better to serve our US event riders. Max has BTDT more than just about anyone able to take this position. No ego, no hidden agenda, no bs either. Great choice, well respected by all.

Sounds like Corcoran is a good choice, but how many organizations are actually helped by building the bureaucracy on top of them. USEF always puzzles me.

It was Mark Phillps who called us Smurfs, not DOC.

Max is a great choice. I would also like to add that I saw her volunteer as ring steward at tons of shows in Ocala this winter - she is truly a great human and steward of the sport.

Hopefully the the beginning of great things. From what I understand Max is really focused on horsemanship, so that’s a definite plus in my books!
