Look, I get that the number of officers tramping around created a āchaoticā, hard to manage, scene.
The point, though, is other forces manage it, and worse.
So its really just a failure, regardless of why, of this force.
.
Running DNA is $$$, but collecting it isnāt, is it?
Collect it. If you never need it, donāt process it.
But when the witnesses proved less than reliable, if you had it then you could bolster your case.
If I was related, literally or otherwise, to the victims, Iād be furious.
.
Care to share a link? Some of us actually have to get some work done today and might not have time to go sifting through all the YouTube videos though fortunately for the moment I have time to breath between emails.
Yeaahh, I donāt know why the victim & Co. arenāt upset. Theyāve only issued words of praise, IIRC. Some of it understandable because they were able to save a life (LK), but if the crime scene and everything were processed better, and if everything the victims said were to be true, MB couldāve been behind bars for life and a guilty verdict wouldāve been more certain.
I do think thereās something a bit off about how it all went down (that 911 call still just feels weird) and perhaps if things were processed better and more thoroughly, something(s) wouldāve came to light that wouldāve been unfavorable for the certain individuals? Maybe not, but due to their behavior(s) I donāt think itās totally out there to think that.
The problem is that if you collect it/run it, then there is always the ability to lose control of your narrative. If you donāt, wellā¦ā¦
What on earth would this police force have done if they found LK or RGās fingerprints on the magazine/gun/casing or the inside of the safe? It didnāt fit the poor little woman victim narrative they were trying to fit the case to.
Just a hint: there is someone posting on this thread who is a legitimate expert in architecture, engineering, building and drafting; who spends their day reading building codes, and reading and drafting blueprints
While building codes may be different in that posterās state than they are in NJ, I respect their long experience in reading and interpreting building codes.
Another hint: that poster I am referencing is NOT hut-ho78. Or Currently Horseless.
This doesnt sit well with me as it illustrates that there was a desired outcome. My questions are: 1. was the crime scene investigation incomplete, or 2. the investigation happened and the results did not support the desired outcome. Scenario 1 speaks to incompetence, scenario 2 is much more nefarious.
I have noticed that the URL of this page changes as you scroll through posts, to reflect the point in the thread that youāre currently looking at.
I believe that this link does not vary with posters on ignore, so it should be the same for everyone. If this is true, an alternate way to refer to a particular post is via its URL.
Whether that remains the same as posts are deleted, I havenāt determined.
Iām sure of that! I work for a general contractor, so take anything they post with a huge grain of salt, hence most of my comments. Iāve been doing a whole lot of eye rolling lately. I appreciate comments from posters who have more experience than I do.
Same. I donāt have anyone on ignore (though my scrolling gets a great workout on occaision) The numbers donāt seem to match up quite right. Maybe it has something to do with deleted posts?
Well, I guess HH isnāt going to answer yet another question. If work stays quiet today (unusual for a Friday in the construction business for me anyway) I might get the chance to hunt it down myself.
Think about how well the lack of forensics worked out for LK and her Krew.
There was enough evidence that someone was shot, obviously, but not enough evidence to prove in a court of law who was actually the shooter.
If the lack of evidence hides a multitude of sins, as well as the truth, so be it!
Before certain posters get their knickers in a knot and demand to tell us how conclusive the evidence was, just STOP!
We have heard your illogical reasoning enough, and really donāt care to hear anymore. Just because you spout something enthusiastically and frequently does not name it true.
