Just a hint: there is someone posting on this thread who is a legitimate expert in architecture, engineering, building and drafting; who spends their day reading building codes, and reading and drafting blueprints

While building codes may be different in that poster’s state than they are in NJ, I respect their long experience in reading and interpreting building codes.

Another hint: that poster I am referencing is NOT hut-ho78. Or Currently Horseless.

Why did you single people out for personal snark to this post? Is the purpose of this post to compliment the person with the code knowledge or just to slur posters with whom you disagree? You can compliment without snark so we all know the answer to this. Yes, that person (if we are thinking of the same one) is very good at code.

DNA I can understand because it’s expensive and takes forever……but fingerprints? That’s ancient forensic tech…I mean we “fingerprinted” ourselves with a pencil and tape in grade school science.

Running DNA is $$$, but collecting it isn’t, is it?
Collect it. If you never need it, don’t process it.
But when the witnesses proved less than reliable, if you had it then you could bolster your case.
If I was related, literally or otherwise, to the victims, I’d be furious.

Yeaahh, I don’t know why the victim & Co. aren’t upset. They’ve only issued words of praise, IIRC. Some of it understandable because they were able to save a life (LK), but if the crime scene and everything were processed better, and if everything the victims said were to be true, MB could’ve been behind bars for life and a guilty verdict would’ve been more certain.

I do think there’s something a bit off about how it all went down (that 911 call still just feels weird) and perhaps if things were processed better and more thoroughly, something(s) would’ve came to light that would’ve been unfavorable for the certain individuals? Maybe not, but due to their behavior(s) I don’t think it’s totally out there to think that.

Think about how well the lack of forensics worked out for LK and her Krew.

There was enough evidence that someone was shot, obviously, but not enough evidence to prove in a court of law who was actually the shooter.

If the lack of evidence hides a multitude of sins, as well as the truth, so be it!

Before certain posters get their knickers in a knot and demand to tell us how conclusive the evidence was, just STOP!

We have heard your illogical reasoning enough, and really don’t care to hear anymore. Just because you spout something enthusiastically and frequently does not name it true.

Except the prosecutor did meet the burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law that MB performed the act (shooting LK twice) that would otherwise be a crime except the defense proved by a preponderance of evidence that MB was insane at the time. The jury had to find him guilty before they could consider the affirmative defense of NGRI. @ekat and @Sdel posted that during the trial so while you can call it twisted logic all day, it’s true. It happened.

Again, another reason to simply post a screen shot rather than have others take time to search and/or have to deal with the post numbering differences on the system! It’s inconsiderate.

When I cite a post number, I’m not referring to the number on the green counter.

If you click on the time stamp, like “1 hour” a very accurate time stamp and post number comes up. I’m talking about that post number. I would hope that is the exact time and exact post number on the system and not affected by deletions and ignore status.

It is also very easy to use the search function if you know the poster (@Sdel) and keywords like “subpoena” or “defamation.”

You were the one who asked to be directed to the post. You then label me as “inconsiderate” for not showing you the posting your preferred format.

I miss my former hay guy. He was a lawyer (my dad’s actually) who unfortunately had to retire from his part-time farmer job and lawyer job after he had a stroke. Had the most amazing alfalfa mix hay at a great price, he’d deliver and all I had to do was help unload. My Princess Butterball loved his hay! He’d even throw in a few extra if he thought some of the bales were smaller than they should be. Our current hay guy is sadly a trucker supporter (a Canadian reference), but otherwise the hay is excellent, though Princess Butterball might beg to differ on the odd day. Fortunately my daughter is topping the 28 YO with beet pulp and alfalfa pellets so she continues to thrive.

The “hope” expressed by @Sdel is that Barisone will subpoena Coth to find out “if” HH is connected with the debacle.

Why should HHs identity be subpoenaed? What has she said here that is even potentially defamatory?

She said MB made bad decisions and was dangerous as of Aug 2019.

@Sdel and others continually make references of varying degrees of specificity that HH and I are insiders. You (g) can speculate on that all you want if it amuses you. At this point, it amuses me.

But suggesting that someone could or should subpoena Coth to try to “out” our real identities is threatening.

I know that the number on the green counter works strangely. I was not using that. I was using the specific post number you get when you click the time stamp.

On topic… Do people think Jonathan Kanarek (@Inigo-montoya) and Kirby Kanarek (@Seeker1) will respond to their subpoenas this time or wait for the other side to make a contempt filing again?

It does not make sense to me that a lawyer (Jonathan Kanarek/@Inigo-montoya) would ignore a subpoena once, but for some reason I feel like he plans to do it again. I will be pleasantly surprised if he does the right thing and answers it.

I wonder if Jonathan Kanarek will send another private letter to the judge?
