Actually we don’t have the email but given the contents of the footnote, there is the appearance of either alleging to represent KK or to be licensed in the state of NJ, if not both.
There would be no reason for an attorney to respond to it if the contents of the email contained none of this.

They are following the threads it seems since they have posts from Seeker claiming to be KK and having written the transcripts. Maybe that is behind the angst of having screenshots of other SM posted on the forum?

Don’t assume JK isn’t registered in NJ. Many NY attorneys (Wall street attorney) register in 3 states, NY, NJ and CT.

Dare I say, although I have no clue what this is responding to (first mention of RG that I have seen), that this is the least typo-ridden filing by Nagel et al to date that I have seen? Looking forward to catching up on the thread to see what the legal eagles think of it.
