Yes, the perpetrator’s first murder was when he was 13 yo. He was caught after killing a mother and 2 kids with over 50 stab wounds, bludgeoning and stabbing, with so many knives as they kept breaking as a 15 yo. He was tried as a juvenile as at that time he could not be tried as an adult. He should have been released when he turned 21yo. They have tried him for other things in jail so he is still there at the moment.

I think this is the one where they started to change the Law at least in that area. They talk about the people that did that. They could not back date the Law, so the new Laws do not affect him.

We are set up for floods. The cattle and horses are all up. Hubby goes the other way so he made it to work and home again.
I listened to Grimm and fell asleep at least 3 times and rewound. I think I am getting over 8 straight months of Aldi Audits. None this month. Then I start again in November and then I have to have all the December ones finished by 15th December, because of Christmas, and hopefully January off.
I have been on tenterhooks for 2 weeks as my offsider who fills in for me went away for 2 weeks. When we are flooded like this only one bread truck comes instead of 2. Phew we did not flood while he was away. My offsider did the bread for me today. I vegged instead.
