Technically RG did physically assault MB. Technically. I’m not here to argue about self defense etc

But it was self defense and not assault.

No proof that it was. Certainly the majority of people believe it was assault.

Not the jury in the criminal trial beyond a reasonable doubt.

Wrong. That jury declared MB straight NG in regard to the RG charges.

I am not supporting LK and family at all…I am just saying that you can’t hold others accountable for taking her in when they most likely did not know the whole story. Most likely the same reason MB got stuck with her in the first place, he didn’t know her story.

I think most of the current disbelief is that she’s still there. I mean, recent shenanigans would have most people upset. I would be very upset to find out that one of my fellow boarders was using after hours night check as an excuse to play catwalk and blast music at night when no one else was around. Based on her comments about the lack of chatter around the crossties, and her history, you could never convince me otherwise that the real reason for being there wasn’t to recover her recordings.

From what has been said, JK has “rented a farm” for LK to stay and play in, away from the rest of the professional business that has been established there. She is apparently kept/house/nested/whatever in the secondary barn with an attached apartment, which is available for anyone with enough money to use for their own horses or horse business, where the boarders do not keep their horses or go, and she and RG are there all hours of the day and night, doing as they please and occasionally coming out for riding or whatever LK chooses to do with her time there. She was in that arrangement months before the trial and it will likely stay, until the payments stop or she gets banned or she and RG do something heinous again. Whatever the case, she is certainly persona-non-grata in the community after the revelations about her past history and present conduct and will not be “accepted” by anyone, regardless of however much money her father puts on the table.

Per @BigMama1’s friend, she has kept a low profile and bothered no one in Florida.

Just want to clarify that my friend met her a couple of times at the barn LAST WINTER, didn’t bother MY FRIEND and seemed quiet and low profile around the barn ON THE COUPLE OF OCCASIONS SHE MET HER. It’s a big leap from that to assert she hasn’t bothered anyone in the state of Florida over the past year lol.

Well, she did video that young woman in Target(?) following her around and then posting the video. Add in all the total strangers she’s attacked on YT and you could easily say she hasn’t changed much.

can’t imagine how she could possibly show in Wellington - that bridge has burnt and collapsed. If I were at a show and she was competing I would walk out and probably boo her - although my Angel mother would wishper in my ear not to do so…. But I think the tent and stadium stands would turn their backs to her. She doesn’t have a chance

Really? I think of the maybe 50% of people there who might recognize her or know who she is, 99% of them would just ignore her and focus on riding their horses. Unless she was making a scene, that is.

Think what that is costing daddy-o! Paying Michael twice what he did would have been bargain compared to this set up.

I can’t imagine them cleaning stalls, finding hay, bedding, feed, etc.

He was not in a predicament. He had plenty of disorderly behavior to take to a lawyer to evict her under New Jersey’s 3 day emergency eviction. His predicament started when he shot her instead.
