His problem there might be protections involved in the criminal suit. Remember, even Sceusi wouldn’t allow depositions to move forward on the basis of compromising the criminal trial and ordered the stay.

It’s almost like he and Deininger are arguing two different things.
Deininger is arguing that he’s amending the suit, pursuant to:
based on actual sworn, under oath testimony.
Nagel is arguing SOL almost treating it like an entirely new action.
It will be interesting to see which side Judge S falls on.

I was responding to Eggbutts post about her relationships not being close. Have you texted or emailed these people about the shooting et al? I guess a subpoena could find that out.

How would Eggbutt’s texts after the shooting be relevant to the suit? It’s not like she’s claiming LK gave her videos and other things from before the incident to hold for safekeeping.

And if Eggbut was subpoenaed, you can bet your bottom dollar that the Subpoena would not be ignored, that a lawyer that is not hers would try to Quash it after the date AND Eggbut would not send a letter to the Judge and as well that is for a trial that was not brought on by her family.

But back to the topic at hand, is Nagel’s letter simply another delay tactic? Why would he want to delay the suit his client brought? I thought she was desperate for money from MB and SFG. Now that the tables seem to be turned and it is she and her family who might have to cough up, it’s a different story isn’t it?

What does one wear to answer a subpoena? No matter, we’ve learned here that subpoenas can be ignored completely.
WTH is going on with this threatening poster? Why is she so invested and threatened unless she is involved? I wonder if she has texted or emailed anyone and has any pertinent information to share with who? Who here is gathering information for who else?
