I doubt anyone thinks or has implied that anyone from the offices of either of those attorneys is posting here. That is such a funny and unique thing to toss out there. Oh wait. It is an example of the whole “throwing out a nasty accusation without specifics”, isn’t it?
So far your predictions have been less than accurate. I don’t think the same man who refused to take a plea deal is going to turn around and in the civil case stipulate anything like that is a fact.

Ekat has said that nothing from the criminal trial carries over and whether he shot her will be relitigated from square one, I can imagine that even if it could be relitigated, the defense will chose not to relitigate and stipulate that he shot her, and @omare, who may be a lawyer, is raising the possibility that there will be a ruling that prevents the issue being relitigated.
This seems pretty darn germane to a discussion of the civil trial.
Which of these legal professionals are you assuming is correct?
Honestly, it seemed like it was a bit personal for you and Hut. I’d guess you’ve been to a few clinics……

The thread has been there for months and continues to be available for readers to assess whether anything I wrote constitutes victim blaming.
Wait, are we talking about the chopper/motorcycle that LK shot at herself? Or the chopper/helicopter she incorrectly claimed to ride to the hospital? So many choppers. I’m confused. Lol.

I meant “thread” on that post I just made. Corrected it. It was disturbing what she posted, and she just kept coming with the victim blaming. I mean, why? She can’t be that clueless. There has to be something inately wrong. But her posts there speak to the circuitous chaos in her posts here. Wow.

I was responding to a post speculating that I had been “dispatched” to fish for possible new information obtained by Deininger’s or Silver’s offices.
Firstly, I’m not “dispatched” by anyone to do anything. But if I were, how would participating in this board allow me to “fish for information” from those offices unless someone from those offices was posting here?
I agree that it’s weird idea that someone from the lawyers offices would be posting here, but it didn’t originate with me.
This “new information” supposedly was new insight into “what actually happened” that day. I don’t think there is any such new information.
Speaking of shooting at motorcycles…I always wondered why a person of “unlimited means” had to purchase her second gun on layaway.

Less happy with being accused of “abhorrent victim blaming” as a general smear. In my experience it’s personal bickering that gets threads shut down, especially when the bickering is created by importing a feud from a different thread from months ago.

Yes. My point was that three different opinions on the issue of whether he shot her can and will be disputed in the civil trial have been raised, and the legal professionals have raised competing points of view.
@Sdel seemed to want that line of discussion shut down. But it strikes me as the most pertinent open question regarding the civil trial.
Would you prefer to discuss alcoholic truffles? Eggnog?
