As I said back when the GJ messages were posted, it takes a really sick person who is comfortable functioning WAAAAAY outside of societal and behavioural norms to come up with some of what she sent. The prurient interest in making sexual references while mocking someone for the death of their child was down right depraved.

I’ve never seen anything like that. It exposed how an unsound mind thinks in such a shocking and visceral way. I felt a bit sick just reading it TBH.

I agree, it was shocking. The pervertedness of it was disturbing and not something that I could ever verbally contrive. I think losing a child is about the worst thing that could happen to a person, and to incorporate that with perversion is a clinical level lack of empathy. A lack of empathy on a disturbing, knee jerking level. Really makes me pause.

She wasn’t talking about LK. She was talking about what LK did to GJ when GJ’s child died. The conversation is about LK’s perversion and knee jerking lack of empathy. LK is the perversion, not the victim.

Why do you need to compare almost losing your child (who is out living her life) to someone who had to bury a child?

I’m certain it was horrific for LK’s parents to see their daughter in a coma. I’m sure it will haunt them forever. But they can see that child out riding her horses.
GJ will never see her child again.

This. At the outset of this tragedy I was firmly in the camp of “you can’t just shoot people,” even if they are a complete nightmare and making your life total hell. Initially it seemed black and white that MB had some kind of mental breakdown and shot an innocent client.

The more information became available, and the more LK and her family members posted here and on other social media channels, the more I realized how much abuse MB has suffered at the hands of the Kanereks and their crew, and just how little evidence there was to support LK / RG’s version of events.

I still firmly believe that you just can’t shoot people to resolve a dispute. However I no longer believe that LK was an “innocent” client and I don’t see any convincing proof that MB is the one who shot her, or even that he is the one who brought the gun to the house that day.

Victims are rarely perfect. Some have shockingly bad judgment. Some are difficult. Some may have mental health issues and their behavior may even reach the level of a public nuisance. But by all means keep justifying tormenting a shooting victim who may have mental health issues and her family on this forum. You will have a little tiny group applauding away. What did Warmblood say? “The lack of empathy is knee jerking.”

Wasn’t he getting tickets or arrested or something. It’s been years so I forget. Something to do with car infractions maybe? Strip clubs? I could be wrong and apologize if I am. This I don’t remember clearly like say, the word ‘Ruger’.

It sure makes it much easier to believe all she did to Michael. Hopefully the civil jury will hear the GJ messages and can make their own minds up about the actions of this predator.

Yes let’s forget the GJ was a formidable opponent for LK, told everyone unprovable tales of LK’s past that you’ve enjoyed repeating. GJ even complained to TFG about LK. GJ has continued with her grudge right along with you.

This exactly. As unimaginable as it is for most of us that one would mock a stranger for the death of their minor child, the sexualisation of the event was chilling. Like, movie-level depraved behaviour. The lack of empathy seems alarming and an indication of something profoundly and fundamentally wrong here.

LK told GJ that GJ was responsible for her child’s death because GJ was engaging in acts of a sexual nature instead of supervising her child in a pool. LK then announced this to the world. And now you expect people to feel deep compassion for LKs parents moments of fear and grief for their daughter LK who lived and is now just fine?

That was one of the most disgusting accusations I have ever seen someone make. Truly abhorrent behavior from LK. We’re supposed to consider LK’s mental state and PTSD, but not GJ’s mental state and PTSD? I don’t think so.
