No, I was not kidding that I did not think you were sincere. True statement.
“ And this paragraph here is why? What Do you think any of those people have to fear from MIchael? Never mind. Please don’t answer”. That paragraph where you make stuff up out of whole cloth that any of those people have anything to fear is why I do not believe you are sincere. Again, a true statement.
Ok, this one I messed up. It was supposed to say blowhard.
You are LITERALLY the ONLY person that I have seen even hint that they believed that blockages overpaid expert who said Michael was faking anything.
Still, true. No one has said they believed Michael was faking, other than when you state it.
So yes, all true statements. I’m perfectly fine. Thanks for asking, again.
I missed one. Your “utter disbelief” does not give you leave to make up stuff and then say I said it. I never said Tarshis repeated anything or broke client confidentiality. Again, all on you.
So basically, you are calling me a liar, making up stuff I never said, and flat out lying by accusing me of saying Tarshis is unethical and broke client confidentiality.
The exact words spoken in a conversation or heard in a conversation are often (but not always) considered hearsay. There may be many reasons for this, but if I understand correctly, one reason is because people don’t often remember conversations verbatim. Anyone who has ever played the game telephone can probably relate. Personally, and this is just my opinion, if someone’s words are being quoted back verbatim by a third party, its difficult to believe that the exact phrasing, on multiple occasions, survived being passed from one person to another and another and then was heard and subsequently reported/published/posted verbatim about by LK.
I’m behind on the thread again, but I would think the fact that multiple witnesses testified in court that their private conversations ended up posted by LK would lend credence to the idea that she actually was recording their private conversations one way or another. And if she was not one of the parties involved in the conversations, it sounds like that would make the recordings illegal under New Jersey law.
I mean, obviously it’s a free country, so you can do whatever you like with your time.
But based on a ridiculous number of delusional posts, it’s clear that it won’t change the minds of a couple of the people on here, no matter what you find and post for them.
If anything, it will probably give them yet another opportunity to attempt a segue or a side step or a diversionary dodge or what have you.
